You will need to decide if your employees will be able to work from home or not. Some businesses have been able to easily set-up a plan to have their employees work from home. For other businesses this is not an option. If you will be able to have your staff work from home you will need to come up with a clear plan of what your expectations and guidelines for working from home are. Once you have finalized your plan you will want to get your plan out to your employees. Your employees are just as anxious as you are to see what their job will look like right now. Everyone needs to thoroughly understand the plan to be able to correctly implement it. Come up with a way to get the information to your employees and allow them to ask any questions that they may have.
